A display apartment suite has been unveiled at the historic Heirloom renewal site at the Fremantle woolstore formerly known as Fort Knox.
The Heirloom project, a joint venture between boutique developer Match and corporate finance company Sirona Capital, will feature one and two-bedroom apartments.
They will be developed using original roof space and strategically designed dividing walls. “Just like our new display suite, the apartments will have a timeless appeal,” Match managing director Lloyd Clark said. “The architect has cleverly used a juxtaposition between a slick contemporary fit-out and the retained inherent heritage fabric that includes exposed brickwork and old beams.”
Construction is expected to begin late this year. Prices start from $495,000.
