Sirona Capital has quietly split, with cornerstone director Kelvin Flynn and his team moving to spin-off Harvis, an alternative fund manager.

Sirona Capital, which retains oversight of the $270 million Kings Square Fremantle project, continues to
be led by managing director Matthew McNeilly.

Mr Flynn’s Harvis retains the Northern Gateway Industrial Parks at Bullsbrook and Muchea and real estate, agricultural and infrastructure projects. Sirona retains control of 11 funds with $330 million in assets and Harvis $100 million in one fund.

Sirona Capital, established in 2010, focused on urban renewal in Fremantle, land bank investment, real estate
development, lending and agriculture. Mr McNeilly was continuing to work with investment partner Chip
Eng Seng developing luxury apartment sites and was responsible for Sirona’s Quest Fremantle, Margaret
River and Adelaide Street Plaza Shopping Centre Investments.
