Sirona Capital has listed its Woolworths-anchored shopping centre at WA's Margaret River, the 5706sqm
"The Village Margaret River", for sale.

The property could fetch a low to mid-$20 million sale price, sources say. The centre was purpose-built for Woolworths in 2013 and sits on a 7233sq m site on the corner of Town View Terrace and Wilmott Avenue.

It is the newest shopping centre in Margaret River and is fully leased at a net rental income of $1.55 million. The Woolworths lease goes to 2034 with options. It has 204 vehicles and an average weighted lease expiry of 11.6 years.

Colliers International's Ben Tana and Wayne Lawrence and CBRE's Anthony Del Borrello and Richard Cash are handling expressions of interest.
