Kings Square comprises the former Myer Centre, Queensgate building and Car Park, City of Fremantle Administration buildings and surrounding public realm.
The Kings Square Fund purchased the Myer Centre in 2011, a former department store at the centre of Fremantle’s CBD. The opportunity to reposition this asset for better use and activate the heart of the city has involved the development of new, twin fully-integrated, 25,808sqm office campus buildings, FOMO retail precinct (opening in 2021) and an adjoining car park development plus the redevelopment of an adjacent City-owned site.
