Sirona has assembled the largest privately owned industrial land holdings in Western Australia and has been an influential catalyst for the urban renewal that is occurring in the strategic metropolitan centre of Fremantle. Sirona has recently completed two major projects, including the State heritage awarded Heirloom, warehouse apartments and Quest Fremantle, a 122 key apartment hotel.

Importantly, Sirona is delivering its largest project to date, the A$325 million Kings Square precinct redevelopment, located in the heart of Fremantle’s CBD. The project is underwritten by a 15 year office lease to the Western Australian State Government and includes a new retail destination (FOMO) plus 840 car bays. It also includes the development of a new civic home for the City of Fremantle, comprising a new administration centre, City Library and tourist visitor centre. Construction will be completed by the end of 2020.
