Sirona assembled the State's largest private industrial landholding in Muchea and Bullsbrook and has been an influential catalyst for the urban renewal occurring in the strategic metropolitan centre of Fremantle. Other investment themes and government policies being pursued include tourism and density targets. Sirona has built an impressive pipeline of future development projects.
Importantly, Sirona is currently developing its largest project to date, the A$ 270 million Kings Square precinct redevelopment, located in the heart of Fremantle’s CBD. The project is underwritten by a 15 year office lease to the Western Australian State Government and includes the new FOMO retail precinct plus 840 car bays. It also includes the development of a new civic precinct for the City of Fremantle, comprising a new administration centre, City Library and tourist visitor centre. Construction will be completed by the end of 2019.
