Sirona Capital and Blackswan Property Partners Merge 01 Oct 2010
Sirona Capital and Blackswan Property Partners merged on 1 October 2010. The merger expands Sirona Capital’s industry focus to the Australian real estate sector and sees the addition of Matthew McNeilly, Tyler Mackey and Dodie Phillips to the Sirona Capital team.
Blackswan Property Partners is a leading independent Western Australian corporate advisor and investment group, specialising primarily in the real estate sector and turnaround situations. Matthew McNeilly and Tyler Mackey bring extensive experience in the provision of corporate real estate advice, turnaround management and private equity investing through partnerships, syndicates and funds.
The merger of Sirona Capital and Blackswan Property Partners means that Sirona Capital is able to provide coverage of two of Australia’s core investment sectors and means Sirona Capital is able to give cross industry coverage to many of its clients who have built their wealth in the mining and resources and are seeking to invest in property or vice versa.
